Sports – Boys Basketball – Grades 5-8

I understand that if my summer plans change, all payments are refundable with advance notice only. To receive a refund, I must notify LVDS by Friday at 3:00 p.m. the week prior to the session I am enrolled in. If I do not provide notice by that time, my payment will be non-refundable.
